Binomial distribution

The binomial distribution gives the probability of a number of successes in a fixed number of independent yes/no trials with the same success chance.

P(X = k) = C(n, k) × p^k × (1 − p)^(n − k). Exactly 3 heads in 10 fair tosses has probability 120 / 1024 = 0.1172.
