Dew point

The dew point is the temperature to which air must cool for water vapour to condense into dew; the higher it is, the muggier the air feels.

Air at 25 °C and 60% humidity has a dew point of about 16.7 °C. Below roughly 13 °C (55 °F) the air feels dry or comfortable; above about 21 °C (70 °F) it feels oppressive.
