Installing Your Signature
Click Copy Signature, then paste into your client's signature box: in Gmail, Settings → See all settings → Signature; in Outlook on the web, Settings → Mail → Compose and reply; in Apple Mail, Settings → Signatures. Paste with the normal paste command, not "paste as plain text", so the formatting is kept.
Keep it short: name, role, one or two ways to reach you and a link or two. Images in signatures must be hosted online (an https link) because pasted image files are often stripped or attached; many recipients also block remote images until they trust the sender, so make sure the signature still reads well without the logo.
