Bazett's formula is QT / √RR and Fridericia's is QT / ∛RR, with RR in seconds. A QT of 400 ms at 75 beats a minute corrects to 447 ms (Bazett) or 431 ms (Fridericia). Interpretation belongs to a clinician.
The QT interval is the time on an ECG from the start of the heart's electrical contraction to the end of its recovery; QTc corrects it for heart rate.
