Merging PDFs Safely

This tool copies every page of each file, in order, into a new PDF. Page content is not converted, so text stays searchable and images keep their quality. Document-level extras such as bookmarks, form fields and tagged-PDF structure belong to each source file and are not carried into the merged file, so check the result if you rely on them.

Password-protected PDFs cannot be merged because their pages are encrypted; remove the password in the program that created them first. Very large files are limited only by your device's memory.
